Delivery and risk of loss or damage
Title and risk of loss shall pass to Customer upon shipment from BatterieCom's facility. BatterieCom may deliver the
Products ordered in instalments. Any delivery or shipment dates given by BatterieCom are estimates only and BatterieCom
is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery
or shipment date.
Return Policies
BatterieCom wants all its customers to be happy with what they buy. Following is our returns policies on the items we
sell:
PRODUCTS
Unopened: Full refund if returned postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
Defective: Repaired or replaced with the same product, if product returned within the limits of the manufacturer's
Warranty from date of invoice. Copy of invoice is required.
Opened: Refund or credit if returned postmarked in original packaging, in presale condition within 7 days of receipt.
Credit only if returned postmarked within 14 days of receipt. A 15% handling fee will be applied to opened
product returns.
A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued for a return is required in all cases.
To have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued for a return, please fill out our returns email form.
You will be emailed by the next business day with an RMA number or contacted if more information is needed.
Ship the returned item(s) in original packaging with all original fillers and documents postmarked no later than 48 hours
of the RMA number being issued.
Shipping fees for returns are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.
Do not remove UPC codes. Boxes without UPC codes will be rejected.
Within 5 days of receipt of the item, we will advise you by email that the item has been received and that your credit
card has been credited. Although credits are issued immediately upon acceptance of returned items at our warehouse, it
may take 1 or 2 billing cycles before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number and items received without an RMA number will be shipped back to the
customer at their expense.
All products are sold under manufacturer warranty. Please contact the product manufacturer for more details. Be sure to
fill out and return all product warranty registration cards immediately to insure being able to obtain the manufacturer's
warranty.
No returns will be accepted for liquidation and clearance items or for non-compatibility issues. |
